Shipping policy
Applicable to orders placed on deleeuw-guitars.com and to collection at our Paris showroom. Instruments acquired from an authorised stockist are subject to that stockist's own conditions.
Making and preparation
Every instrument is checked, set up and packed at the atelier before dispatch. The lead time is stated on each instrument's page, from one week for a piece in stock to several months for an instrument made for you. The instrument is handed to the carrier as soon as it is ready, and you are notified by email with the tracking number. The transit times below are additional to that lead time.
Transport
Our instruments travel exclusively by specialised express carrier, insured to the full value of the instrument, signature required on delivery. Standard delivery is complimentary; an express option is available at the time of order.
You may also collect your instrument at our showroom, 15 rue de Palestro, 75002 Paris, by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10.30 am to 7 pm.
