Based on our NINA model, this guitar has benefited from the selection of a beautiful table, whose imperfections have been filled with an inclusion of resin containing a very fine metallic charge.

The pickup configuration is particular:
you can mix the center pickup with any position since it has its own 'master volume'.

It is of course equiped with a Piezo sensor, like any respectable Nina :-)

Each stage of the making is carried out by hand, with patience and precision. From the selection and drying of the wood through to the finishing, several months of work are required.

1 week — instrument available.

3 to 7 weeks — instrument being finished, with its final shade not yet applied.

4 months — for a semi-custom instrument: selecting the wood for your top, defining the pickup configuration suited to your playing, choosing your finish.

6 months — for a custom instrument: selecting all the woods of your guitar, defining your pickup configuration, settling the details and the complete finish of the instrument.

You may then choose to have your instrument delivered to your home, or to collect it from our Paris showroom.

SEMI HOLLOW

The NINA AIR is a guitar with a hollowed-out body that offers the best compromise between ergonomics, weight and sound.

ELECTRIC AND ACOUSTIC

Our NINA AIR has a highly versatile sound, thanks in particular to the optional piezo sensors which are associated to the Graphtech pre-amp.

The P90 in the neck position brings roundness and warmth, while the PAF De Leeuw custom in the bridge position provides a good attack with a fairly full sound.

To merge the two, a 3-position switch lets you select one of the two systems (magnetic or piezo) or both at the same time via the guitar's jack output.

THE NECK HEEL

The sculpted heel of our neck-through builds gives full access to the upper frets and a rare playing comfort. It is one of the signatures of Quentin De Leeuw, Maîtr Artisan d'Art.
